"I was told that my battery is swollen in I phone 6S and needs replacement. I ordered the battery from Amazon and took it to for battery replacement but that battery did not so I told them to replace the battery from their store inventory which they did but the battery will not charge beyond 9% and the phone screen started doing weird things. Now they said after replacing the battery that the screen is not working. I told them you said battery needs replacement which you guys did so why the screen is not working. They started arguing with me so I left with their battery taken out."
