"We have used Vessel Services for 2 jobs now. Replacing our roof and replacing all of our windows and patio door. For both jobs we have been very happy with price and quality of service provided. Workers were on time , cleaned up after themselves, and were polite and respectful of our property and privacy. For our window job there was a mistake on the patio door that was ordered but Vessel has ordered a replacement and has removed the wrong door from our property as to not take up space. They have been in contact with us keeping us informed about the process. Our roof still looks great after about 8 years. We love our new windows. "We signed a contract 8/10/23 and have not received information as of 10/6/23 concerning instalation of the window that was ordered. Although it was a custom window that was ordered and we paid the required 50% down on 8/10, we expected some call/followup on the time-frame for the work to be completed. It was made clear that this window needed to be installed before the cold weather set in. Still waiting..."
