"I wish i could give NO stars. When I called to inquire about A/C installation the lady asked if I was an existing customer in which I said no. She paused and said "ok" for what seemed like forever. Not sure why it mattered if I was an existing customer or not. Don't they want new customers? I asked her if it was possible to get the A/C installed over the weekend because it was so hot and my dog was 14 yrs old w/health issues and she outright laughed at me. Real nice, Weyer!"
