"Wayne knows so much about any timepiece imaginable and is both efficient and reasonable. I've been to his shop and he even did a "road trip" to my 90 year old mother's Assisted Living Center in New Berlin to fix her grandfather clock. Mom loved him. Thanks Wayne! Just wanted to add a note that today (March 2, 2024) I visited Wayne at his shop in Burlington. He fixed another clock for me and I told him that mom's grandfather clock at her Senior Center is always within ONE MINUTE of my cell phone time!! He said, "maybe I should come back and take another look at it" (lol). I very much respect this man and his talent. Thanks again, Wayne."

"I cannot recommend this store enough. I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon with a tiny cuckoo clock that didn’t keep time or cuckoo. Despite not feeling well the owner sat with me and proceeded to trouble shoot the problems. He was not familiar with the movement on my clock but was able to repair my clock in under an hour. The owner is very nice, we had a nice conversation while he was working on my clock. His shop has a beautiful display of clocks. If you need a clock or need a clock repaired, I highly recommend this shop. I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"I took my broken, wind-up watch to a local jeweler because it stopped ticking and wouldn't wind after I dropped it. The jeweler opened it up and said they couldn't fix it and suggested I send it back to the manufacturer. Before doing that, I drove to Keep M Tickin and met Wayne. Wayne was not only able to fix it, but he fixed it while I waited (20 minutes). $25 out the door. Brilliant. A+++. Saved the day. Kudo's, Wayne.
