"I came in to get some aftermarket rims mounted on my son's car. I had an issue trying to get the locking lug nut off of one wheel myself. I explained the issue and they said they would take a shot at it. They told me they would charge me $30 for a tire rotation. I saw them struggle with the lug nut for over an hour. Trying multiple tools etc. At one point there were 6 guys working on it. In the end they still only charged me $30 for it. I felt kinda guilty paying just that much knowing the amount of labor that was tied up in the whole process. I can tell you they earned a customer for life. I'll go back anytime I need anything tire related. Stand up company. A+++"

"I have used Lois Tire previously without any issues and always a great price. I had gone in for new tires and oil change for my truck and very disappointed with the service. I have a roll up tonneau cover on my truck which was in use. I advised the service writer that I wanted the tires in the bed of the truck and if needed I could either roll it up or if the tech wanted too that would be fine. They performed the work quickly and when I went to pay they stated they they highly recommend an alignment with new tires. Something I feel they should have up sold me on prior to the service and not after the work was done. Needless to say I will have to reschedule for an alignment on my truck. Once I left the shop and saw my truck and I was very happy with the look and ride with the tires. I was surprised they fit the 4 old tires under the tonneau cover and it wasn’t until half way home I noticed they put 2 of the 4 old tires in the rear seat area of my truck. I was very upset and disappointed with this poor decision and could not understand why in the world they would do this. I have a pickup truck for a reason and two kids car seats in the back seat. They had the decency to put them in plastic bags which was nice but the doors had to be shut with a little force and the tires were tight against the interior of the doors. Very unhappy with the service due to the poor decisions made and unable to listen to the customer."

Within 24 hours, these guys were able to not only get me the tires I wanted, but get them mounted and balanced as well. Workers are very friendly, helpful and hard working. Rory was a great help."
