"Company cancelled on Wednesday, told me they’d “promise” they’d do it on Thursday. Then a random number called me Wednesday night, I ignored it cause I didn’t recognize the number, didn’t leave a voicemail. I call back today to confirm my appt is still on, they say they’ll have a tech call me back. After two hours of waiting, they call me saying they’ll have to reschedule for Friday and they “promise” they’ll come through on Friday. Well 20 minutes later they call me back saying they have to reschedule for Sunday. After waiting around two days and readjusting my already hectic schedule, they say they’ll offer me 10% discount…..this place is a joke, while speaking to the manager I ask what kind of payments do they accept and she goes “hold on”. The own manager didn’t even know what forms of payment they accept. I’d highly recommend not working with this company as they are rude and have terrible follow through."
