"Overall good service however not well organized and misleading prices. I paid for the Preventative Maintenance Agreement where they are supposed to schedule out maintenance that you prepay for and contact you to set up so you don’t forget. After talking to the company more, Dave confirmed with me that the Preventative Maintenance Agreement is more expensive than just the calling yourself each year for them to come out and preform the same maintenance (seems like a scam to me, especially since it’s over a 100$ price different). Unfortunately they completely forgot about me and I had to reach out to see what was going on. They came out right away which was nice but I paid over $140 extra for a ‘convenience’ that never happened. I was initially really excited about using this company since from first glance it seems perfect for my needs (having a preventative maintenance program, we have an old house) but the execution is not there."

"Called Iron Fireman on a Packer Sunday with no Heat. A nice repair tech returned my call to try and trouble shoot and gave us options. We elected to get service on a Monday because it was a bit less expensive. Brandon our repair tech showed up, found the problem and fixed our furnace. In a day where it is so easy to write a negative experience, you also need to share the good work. Thank you Brandon and Iron Fireman!"
