"I first took my phone for broken screen repair to Greenfield, WI store on a Sunday at 12:05pm CT. Stood in line for 10 min to find out that my phone could not be serviced that day. Told to come back another day. A sign or general announcement to those waiting in line (probably 6 of us) would have been a better approach. Made an online appointment for Thursday 11-12pm at Waukesha, WI store. Received a call the next day to confirm my appointment and brand/model of phone. Technician was very pleasant and helpful. Went in on Thursday with again nice service. Happy with the Waukesha store."

"Needed a iPhone battery replacement. Walked in on a Saturday evening. No delay, took our info and less than 90 minutes later it was done and we were off. Price is fair. Service is great. Would recommend for any tech support needs."

"This place was amazing. We were at the AT&T store about 10 minutes from there and they sent us over to ubreakifix after talking to Jeremy over the phone. We got there around 6:30pm and they were closing at 7:00pm. They could have easily had us pick up the phone the following Monday but he fixed it and we had it at 6:59pm! I was extremely impressed and will recommend them to anyone that needs to get a device repaired or cleaned (phone, tablet, computer or gaming system). Thanks Jeremy! Great job."
