"If I could leave 6 stars (or 7 or 8) I would. Mark's team installed a new AC for us during a heat wave this summer - and did a phenomenal job. But what's driving me to write the review was this past weekend. Late on Friday night in late January, we realized our heat was not working. I called Mark's on Saturday morning and spoke with him about our issue. He asked me to check something and to call back; when I didn't reach back out right away he called me to check in. He came out that same morning and determined we needed to replace our heat exchanger but he wouldn't be able to access a replacement part until Monday. He gave me some tips to help keep the system working-ish until he could obtain the part. Come Monday - he was here and installed the new heat exchanger. He also helped us leverage the 20 year part warranty so the whole process was the cost of labor. Around 10pm Monday night, we noticed the heat was not working again. I sent Mark a text on Tuesday morning at 7am and I kid you not, he was here by 7:30 to fix the wire that had come loose. Mark was incredible - I seriously cannot recommend them enough."
