"This guy is a scam artist. He charged my wife and I $20 to pick up our lawn mower on more than one occasion and my daughters quad, to take it 2 blocks from my house to his own home. He let his children ride my daughters quad around his home like it was his own and it came back with more things broken than when we gave it to him. We’ve had nothing but problems with our lawn mower as well since he took it. He overcharges for work that I don’t believe he actually does. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. Extremely rude to his customers as well especially if you try to call an ask if your machine is ready. He gives out dates that you will get your machine back but then it ends up taking weeks. Unreal. Greed rules his world."

"I bought a riding lawnmower on marketplace/Facebook. At about the 15 minute mark there is smoke coming from the front and from the back of the riding lawnmower. As I am watching the smoke from the kitchen window I saw fire starting from the back end and ran out and put a hose to it. Greg came the very next day to tell me what needed to be done in order to start running again and he gave me a very fair price. He took it to his shop and returned it in about a week. I got to use it tonight and it was amazing how well it was running. Made for fast work. Greg I appreciate your knowledge and your work ethics. Thank you :). Ps I do hope you run for Mayer!"

"I tried to message about purchasing a new lawn mower. Was ignored multiple times. When i finally got a response he told me to call. I was unable to call at the time so i texted him. He then proceeded to call me. I got to a point to call back. Was very rude over then phone and way overpriced. I was quoted over $400 for a 21 inch push mower!! I can get a rider for that price. Absolutely terrible place. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FEOM THEM!!!"

"Greg’s repair LG has nice people. But their business side sucks... I told them to tuneup my lawn more typing stuff up or oil change etc. I called the day before I was supposed to have it dropped off.. the lead mechanic said they haven’t touched it yet. I was like all right no biggie Halfway in the next week I asked him if he touched it again and it didn’t move yet.. I was only looking for a tuneup and they said that they can have it back to me that previous Friday. After talking to the owner finally got it back after two weeks. Head mechanic there said he was understaffed here.. I was quoted $120 and I had to pay an extra hundred dollars on top of that.. never even called me or asked to see if I was all right. Usually if you go over by an extra hundred usually would talk to the customer. Also they gave me old gas old oil and my belts We’re not tightened.. I had my one friend that has a masters in engineering. He said greg’s repaired it sloppy work and don’t trust their warranty And have them fix it again when they can’t do it the first time right. I’m not trying to bash these people. But I am a business owner and I know a lot about customer service and communication skills and they have poor communication skills. I guess they’re nice people they just need to work on a couple things to make the business a lot better. No one has gave me a call yet back to see how my lawn mower is doing and on their service. When I dropped it and Wasn’t Home it was just fine because they call it told me they’re dropping it off. But make sure it starts and runs. It starts but doesn’t run anymore. These guys fried My lawnmower so bad that.. Now I have to go buy a new one. I don’t think their 30 day warranty is going to cover that for me. Will never use the shop again. It’s a waste of money and your time. You should really call your customers because were the ones that keep you going day after day after day..."

"My 7 year old lawn mower really needed help! Greg picked up the mower and in 2 days delivered a mower that worked like it was new! He addressed all the issues. Pull cord, blade work, filters, plug and general tune up. His pre-work photo really shocked me. Needless to say it was a learning experience.
