"Had and odd problem that left our car stranded. Knight Towing responded very quickly and were willing to hear the explanation of an odd issue. They worked with us to get the car to the dealership and the driver spent extra time with us to safely tow the vehicle given how the system had locked the parking brake on due to a cable end break with the shifting mechanism.
