Easy to get ahold of. Gets work done when he says it will be done. I highly recommend this place for your repairs."

"Absolute horrible customer service. Owner yelling at me on the phone because I want to pick up my property being a receiver that has not been fixed for 30 days now. I was told 7-14 days. No sence of time or any communication with customers. Save your time and go elsewhere. Trust me it would be best."

"Horrendous service. I wish I could give them zero stars. They yelled at me and my grandmother over the phone. I have never been treated so badly in my life. They said that if we did not come get our TV, they would sell it to the next person who walks in the door. I told them politely that I work customer service and if I treated my customers the way he was talking to me, I would be fired. He then proceeded to yell at me that he was the owner of the business, and he cannot be fired. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! The TV was fixed, but I would rather buy a new one than deal with the absolute garbage that the owner is."

"Run, do not walk, as fast as you can away from this so-called TV repair place.However, if you liked to be screamed at repeatedly for asking a question, berated, belittled, told your TV is old & a piece of junk & they have one for sale for you, this might be the place for you. My TV which was watchable when I took it in for a thin vertical line on the side, was totally unwatchable when I got it back. The entire half of the screen was gone. No one ever called about it as promised, and when I called, each time I was screamed at, literally screamed at. Obviously, no questions can be asked. I was told to come pick it up. Went to pick it up and almost had to call 911 because of the abuse. They couldn't even find the cord due to the incredible mess in the place. Save yourself & go somewhere else where they actually treat you like a respected customer."
