"My water pipe bursted, which Mauston plumbing was able to come out the same day hook my hose up to my neighbors spicket on her house so I have water. The people that came out were fantastic, quick, effective, knowledgeable, and humorous. But I’ve been without my own water now since May 17th, so exactly one month today. My neighbor just spent $11 on a splitter so she could actually use her hose, and me, on the other hand, I’ve been without. So I’m unable to fill up my pool or sprinkler for my dog or boyfriends. My landlords have been calling Mauston Plumbing since the day of the water issue and they are told that someone will come out and dig in the ground to fix the pipe when they are free to or when someone will get back to them. No one has contacted them back. The wait and them ignoring them is ridiculous."

"We used them to do an inspection which they failed due to not having sample tap installed. It did indeed have a sample tap, one that they installed years prior. Our efforts, along with our realtor to get a hold of them proved fruitless. We still haven’t gotten a response. Made the home buying process incredibly more difficult and stressful. Do not recommend them."
