"Lady who made appointment gave the impression 4 area price of 179.95. Living room, stairs, and 2 chairs was correct. Tech never took off or covered shoes even though it had snowed and he went in and out several times. Upon paying, the bill was 250.00. He claimed chairs were 60.00 each. Cleaning was good, price was not!! Won’t use them again."

"We used Steamatics for water mitigation. Drew was our technician for the final clean up. He was very thorough and made sure multiple stains were eliminated and worked extra hard on our stairs to clean and refresh them. The whole house looks great. We couldn't be more pleased."

"To be fully honest with my review, my first scheduled appointment for duct cleaning was some how “ lost”, yet the scheduling personal was very apologetic, we are all human & things happen, not on purpose. I was hesitant on rescheduling but was glad I did. Pricing was up there, but our house is larger in square footage. Our service technician was Brett & he was very thorough & respectful of our home. One thing that really stood out was his consideration of small kids in the house during their nap time. He tried to do those areas first to eliminate noise interference. Very hard to get an employee who really cares. Brett, job well done. Would definitely recommend Steamatic. Gives us piece of mind we are doing what we can to keep our inside environment healthy!
