He was prompt, courteous, and after a very bad experience with the Sears representative that I spoke with, he was a breath of fresh air. Although Sears set him up as a maintenance visit (the service rep refused to schedule a repair because she "diagnosed" the problem as a clogged duct work), he quickly confirmed my hunch that it was the heating element and had no problem fixing it.
