"Pharmacy staff was very friendly and prompt doing COVID shots for littles. We watched six kiddos go through the process with two different proctors. Both did a FANTASTIC job working with the kids and the parents. Wait times were minimal when compared with their competitors. We traveled beyond our normal radius for this task and are quite pleased we did. If you had troubles with the pharmacy staff in the past (this is our first visit) you may want to give them a try again--I think you will have a better experience!"
"New Pharmacy Manager, Rachel is awesome! I had a new Rx that was really pricey even with insurance and she found a coupon that saved me $175. I've always been well taken care of here and my prescriptions are always filled on time. I appreciate the staffa efforts to make it easy for me."
"The pharmacy manager, Andrew, is very unprofessional. My husband stopped at CVS pharmacy to pick up a prescription for me, and it was about 15 minutes before closing. Normally, he tries to get there earlier, but on this day it could not be avoided. He pulled up in the drive thru and Andrew told him he was very busy with other customers that were inside the store, and he would not be able to refill my prescription. So, my husband parked the car and went inside, and there were NO customers waiting to be helped. He ask Andrew to please fill the prescription and that he would wait, and Andrew conceded and filled it. Again, he was not helping any other customers in the store at the time. Ever since then, which was about 30 days ago, we have had problems with our prescriptions being automatically refilled, or refilled with the right drug, or even ordered. My husband went in today to get my prescription, and he was told that it had been put on "hold" and it wouldn't be in the store until tomorrow. I called the pharmacy up to follow up on why it was put on hold, and Nicole (I think that was her name) told me according to what she read in the computer, Andrew had put it on hold and the reason being was that the insurance said it was too early to refill. I have one pill left so I know for a fact it's not too early to refill. Nicole put Andrew on the phone and he could not explain what he did to prevent my prescription from being refilled. I told him what Nicole told me and he said what Nicole told me was untrue, even-though she was reading right off the computer. I told him that I think he's intentionally screwing around with my prescriptions because he was mad about my husband stopping in so close to closing a few weeks ago. He literally remembered my husband, told me the story, saying that just because there weren't customers waiting he had other things to do before close. Who remembers something like a customer coming in close to closing after over 3 weeks have gone by unless they are harboring some sort of resentment? And, since that happened, my prescriptions are no longer on automatic refill, my record doesn't state "name brand only" and I got the generic drug which doesn't work for me, and my medication isn't getting ordered to be ready for pick up on time. Coincidence? After years of no problems? I doubt it. I do believe he is trying to get even with us for delaying him that one Monday night. As if we did it intentionally just to slight him. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Wisconsin. This guy has issues. What if he does this to others and ends up hurting someone as he's playing his little retaliatory games to get even with customers?? It's not right. He's not right."
"My experience at CVS is always pleasurable. Their policy requires that their staff stay busy stocking shelves, etc. when no one is in the store so that is why the you need to ring the bell for check out sometimes. Personally I think it's a good idea and have no problems with it because I am always waited on promptly."
"Assistant manager Brad is great. However, other staff including pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I have to ring the bell for customer service. Most of the time waiting for up to 5 min. to check out. they need to have a cashier on staff at the register at all times. They need a lot of improvement. Pharmacy is not intelligent at all and rude, rude, rude."
