The material provided was (after researching) compatible and shaped correctly so as to fit with no cutting other than to length. After, now 3(three) and a half years there have been no leaks in the repaired section. This organization provided timely an accurate information as well as material to do the job. "Product I ordered came amazingly fast. The product was exactly like described. I had doubts about gluing something to the floor to hold back water, but it works amazing!! Had 5 plus inches and not one drop. Just remember to follow directions perfectly and make sure things are ground down to bare concrete no paint and cleaned very well. Great product!!!"

"Hi Everyone, I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I was looking for a waterproofing solution that would divert water from the weeping holes in my basement into the space between the floating slab and foundation. I added all of my items to the cart and called the phone number listed on the site to verify the seal once solution would work. I spoke to someone that assured me it was designed for it and it works, even after I called out that on their site and video they do not show it on a floating slab. I placed the order basing my decision on the person who responded to my questions and when I received it, $800 worth of supplies. I tried to test by just placing it on the slab and testing if it would sit as they show on the videos, it DOES NOT! Of course, I call the number immediately but they are closed weekends and I only have 10 days to return it for my full refund. I call Monday and when they answer, I explained the issue and they just said, mail it to the address on the receipt and we can refund once we receive it. They DO NOT provide a return label and the cost for the return is $144.00 which was the cheapest as I shopped around. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and would have been avoided if the person on the phone would have just been honest. I do not recommend this company, their shady business practices and horrible customer service. Not worth the time, effort and money, use another vendor that is upfront with their customers and not out to make a sale. I hope you find the right solution with the right vendor and save some money by reading this review. Thank you"
