"We had them clean our windows 3 weeks ago. Right from the start we contacted them and informed them that they did not do a very good job at all. They finaly called back and said they woukd come back and redo them. That did not help at all. Called and told them. Was told they would Not do anything because it had been over 30 days which it certainly was not. How do windows get dirty and smeared on the inside and between the inside and outside in less then 3 weeks. He said he didn't know what was fair. I told him we believed we should recieve a full refund for inferior work 2 times. He said No refund! I certainly would not recommend him at all. It was just a big waste of money. Don't have them do anything!"
