They were able to track down the problem and fix it, we were able to submit our electrical default claim to insurance. Because of Parkers great pictures and report, our insurance adjuster did not need to do much investigation. We would recommend this company to anyone and if need be, be returning customers. "There's so many good things about my personal experience with Metcalf American RV repair. Steve got us in the same day for a urgent replacement of our hot water heater. He personally drove to the warehouse to pick up the water heater. He worked with our warranty company to reduce our cost, and he had it done the same day the warehouse had the water heater. Super friendly! Patient with my questions! My experience couldn't have gone better! I definitely recommend Metcalf American RV."

"Let's start with an important detail, these guys are not the cheapest in town. If that's all you're after, look elsewhere. If quality work, by knowledgeable techs is what you are looking for, this is your spot. I read other reviews that mentioned communication issues, but I had none of that. I recieved phone call updates, and my trailer was ready days earlier than I told them I even needed it. When it comes to large trailers, or RVs, it's nice to have confidence that everything is squared away, and done correctly. That's what you get here."

"We took our motor home in for winterizing and a couple odd things to check out. Husband went to pick up with no there to talk to, but the key was left for him. Paid the invoice with a note 'stating no guarantee on the water system' hmm. This spring we discover our water system has several leaks and need a new one on a 3 year old motor home. Needless to say - not a happy camper one bit. It seems pretty obvious our water system wasn't winterized properly. I certainly don't call this service! I would not recommend this company! To answer the company reply. It was under my husband's name. We didn't re-use our motorhome after it was winterized - I'm from far a dishonest person to do that. He paid on the phone when he received the it was completed and picked motor home later. He did call this Spring to open it up, but didn't want to wait or continue to work with after previous contact. We believe in promoting local businesses, but just found we are not a good match to work together."
