"Wife had to tell him what was wrong and how to fix it (Fixed it in 5 minutes), and he had me help him so he could screw the handle on. Don't think he knew too much about the dishwasher. Wanted to take door apart completely to fix the problem. He said it might take an hour or two to repair. Was home from 8 in the morning till he showed up at 5:15 at night (After hours), to fix the item. All in all pretty sad!!!! Won't buy GE appliances ever again or have Sears out for repair ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took over three weeks to get my appliance fixed. A 5 minute job!!!"
