"In April, the roof on our cottage gave way from the heavy snow. We contacted Terry at Tricore Restoration. He responded to us right away. He assessed the damage and met with our Insurance Adjustor. He handled everything in a prompt and professional manner. The roof was replaced with a metal one, all repairs interior and exterior were taken care of and look 100% better than even before the roof collapse. Terry and his coworkers are very skilled and knowledgeable with their work. "We had just finished decorating the house we purchased as our second/weekend home in Voyager Village. When we came up the next Friday, we were greeted with massive water damage that stemmed from a broken water line to the refrigerator. "I called Tricore Restoration after purchasing a new house and left a message to have the duct work in the house cleaned. Terry called me back promptly and was able to fit me in during his full schedule. Terry gave me a time frame between 8:30-9:30am. He notified me that he was on his way and gave me a time frame on his arrival. When he arrived he explained everything he was going to do, and walked me through the process. Terry and his employee, Pat got to work and were efficiently quick. While Terry was working I had concerns about mold. Terry to my concern and looked for a signs of mold in the house. He assured me there was no indications of mold in the house. At the completion of his services, Terry showed me the end results. No only do I recommend regular duct work cleanings, but I HIGHLY recommend Terry at Tricore Restorations to be your servicer. He’s personable, reliable, fair, and in general a good person. "This past March, my church’s parsonage which I live in experienced a good deal of water from melting snow. Once we got the flow somewhat under control, I called Terry up, and he was able to come that same afternoon and get to work. That evening, he got the water flow stopped and had most of the standing water dried up with his dehumidifiers. The flooding required that a good deal of the trim and tongue-in-groove board be removed to allow drying, and Terry didn’t waste time in doing this. After 3 days of drying, I had to leave on vacation. When I got back, Terry had the place back to normal! Terry is great to work with, and looks out for his client’ best interests.
