"Our power was out and although a lot of people are without power right now due to the storm yesterday, ours was weird. Our power had been flickering on and off for a while and hour here 30 min there and then nothing. I called to report the outage and was surprised to see one of their trucks pull up not 20 mins after calling! Turns out there was a problem with our transformer. Our neighbor didn't think to call with so many without power and if the weather here had been anything more severe I would have thought the same. We just had no reason to not have it working. I was surprised by the quick service and repair because we moved from the city where the wait time to have someone come out is hours not minutes! Thanks DLP, I am grateful for your quick response to our problem!!!!"
