"The quality of care my pup receives has been amazing and life saving. The first time we came she was in active heart failure. For under $1000 they were able to diagnose that and a murmur, x-ray, do lab work and keep her for the day for IV fluids. I trust Dr. Wes with my sweet Luna's life. He is always diligent with making sure she has her checkups for medications and lab work done on a timely schedule. It has been officially one year since her diagnosis and I am beyond grateful for their services and Dr. Wes. Four stars because yes, they are expensive. I do most of the tests they recommend because my pup has heart failure, if she did not I would decline many of the upgraded options. Dr. Wes never pressures you for services you don't need (excessive x-rays, etc.) he will simply give you the option and what the 'gold standard' is and I choose. They do not do many vaccines on my pup because of her age and condition and treat her gently. She has always hated every vet, but kind of tolerates them so that's good. I got another great year with Luna because of them, thank you!!!"

"The staff at this vet clinic were all lovely! They were helpful and polite and answered all my questions. They were also very efficient and we were in and out for my pets vaccines without any fuss or wait. So happy we found them and we will be recommending them to all our friends!"

"I took my bunny to Carver Lake for a second opinion never intending to stay. When I walked in it was such a friendly environment and everyone was so excited to see my rabbit. The doctors really know their stuff and explain all the options for treatment. They solved a problem I have been having with my bunny for over a year in one visit! You can tell that all the staff truly loves animals and make you feel at home. Needless to say I will drive the extra 25 minutes to take my rabbit to their clinic!"

"I’ve always had good experiences here until this last visit. Not only are they more expensive than most vets in the area, but they were also super rude! I was told over the phone it would be a tech appointment just for vaccines, when I showed up the tech was super rude overall and said I was there for an exam. I was fine with it because my two dogs needed their yearly exam, but this was not communicated beforehand. Then a new vet Dr. Hines (who I do not recommend bringing your pet to) told me both of my dogs have level 4 heart murmurs. I had never been told this before and a 4 is pretty high. She did a very poor job of explaining what could be causing it. I just got an invoice for over $1,000 for x-rays on both dogs. I took my dogs for second opinions and one doesn’t have a murmur at all, and the others is much lower than she originally said. (And I actually got an explanation and plan of care from my new vet). When I called for a refund on the exam fees, the office manager took over a week to call me back (I’ll give her a little grace, it is the holidays) and didn’t seem to care about how I was treated or any of the concerns I had. She went as far as to say I should seek care elsewhere - obviously!! I got a refund on one exam fee out of the $466 I spent that day."

"Staff are friendly as are the vets. Very knowledgeable and help explain things to you and help you feel more at ease. Only thing was about about an hour waiting in a room for the vet. They take great care of my ferret. *BONUS* The bathroom! 10/10!! Stocked on feminine supplies and is clean and smells fresh. The little things go a long way!"
