"If I could give no stars, I would. My prior accountant recommended this firm, but I must say I am extremely disappointed in the service they did not provide. I provided my tax information to this firm over two months ago and ceased receiving any meaningful communication from any of the partners, associates, or staff employed here. To this day, nothing was submitted and no one attempted to bridge the communication gap or respond to my requests for an update. Now I must find someone else to do my taxes. I do not recommend this firm."
