"I have been getting my taxes filed from (owner Jamal) since past 10 years. On 1/31/18, I called his office to ask him a question about my current taxes. Lady at the desk said politely that he was busy and can't talk right now but can call back later. I provided her my contact info at this time. In about 3 hours, a middle eastern accent lady called and said, he is not available and I should ask her my question. I asked her to have Jamal call me when he can, I will wait. Lady said, if I want to ask her a question then fine or it is not her problem if he doesn't call me back. I asked her for her name because she was being rude, she said my name is not your problem. Jamal called me couple minutes after the second lady and straight away said "What is this commotion about? I asked him what commotion? And that commotion was his rude staff who said him not calling me is not her problem. If answering a question that would have taken about 30 seconds is a commotion then paying you $100 for 10 minutes is also a commotion. They don't give a damn about how long of a customer one is. There are many better a cheaper places then this. Search on Google and you will find them. For Instance, AP accounting. They do taxes and immigration. ( This guy has no knowledge of immigration. Ap is far better then this)."
