"I had my taxes done before April 15th, 2022 and everything was sent in and because I’m on a fixed income my refund was zero! I did bring my Rent Certificate in also but it had the wrong zip code on, so I needed to contact my landlord for a new one that was correct! When I received it in the mail I promptly took it to Mayville to drop it off so I could get my small refund! They were busy and was told to give it to the girl at the desk which I did, this was April 16th, 2022! After concern of not receiving it after quite awhile I called and the woman that did my taxes claimed I never brought it in, I assured her I did and she said she will try to find it and call me! I never heard back from her so called and left a message with the info and to please call back! It is now June 22, 2022 and I have not heard anything and called the # and the VM mailbox is full! I have been calling the State Refund # and nothing there! It may not be a large amt. but is very much needed!"
