"Caucasian man with long brown-hair and glasses was not friendly. Didn't make eye contact and shouted "Self check-out is open if you wanna use it." He had a negative sarcastic attitude when he spoke. Even the (no mask) elderly woman who released a gum lock used pessimistic tones as she said she had to grab keys. They seemed angry and miserable. They need to quit or something."

"Horrible people, rude and not friendly at all. Carly the manager refuse to give me her manager name and availability. Carly, kept interrupting me while I was talking. She continued to make excuses as to why they filled my prescription with a new brand. While I was explaining that I transferred my prescription to this store for that particular brand. She also stated there was not note in the system. How is this my fault? I explained that I changed to different locations because I wanted this particular brand of medication. Carly this is what we do. I stated I have a right to choose. How is this ok for CVS to take this choice away from me. She stated she can give me a gift card, for what I do not shop at CVS and I have to repurchase these prescription from another pharmacy. A gift card does me no good. I am out of this money. Carly who are you to tell me that I should take this medication."
