"WAY overpriced. We have a small office and for some reason a former manager signed a five year lease. We have asked numerous times to get out of our lease. No way! We are a small non profit and this cuts into the services we can provide to the community. We could purchase four new printers a year and still have money left over for paper and toner. When there is a problem their service department wants to access your computer to fix it. Arrrgggg!"

"ZERO STARS. Worst customer service I have ever received from a professional service. Not only are the charges astronomical, they do not come to pick up the machine when the lease is over and make you drive all the way to Madison to do so. As a small business owner with one employee that is absolutely insane as the fees you pay a month for a simple black and white printer are MORE THAN ENOUGH. Not only that but when I called to inquire about what I need to do to return this machine the woman [Kim] was terribly rude and said "Well no one put a gun to your head to make you take over this lease". Asinine. And then she hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I took this machine over from a previous business and either had to take it or pay the $1000+ in fees for breaking the lease. Never again."
