"Review is solely about scheduling online…I wanted an early morning appointment (so I could get to work). We used to be able to scroll through and find a good time/date. It’s more difficult now because I am assigned a date & time and cannot respond with a time request. Kind of frustrating with a job. I guess it’ll be better when I retire; but not so good now. No complaints about the visit because Dr. Lewis is the best. Always hears what I’m saying and is so helpful."
