"My daughter is 4 1/2 going on 5 in April they will continuously talk you out of getting X-rays I had to get a manger involved and even that was a hassle to get a X-ray they ended up doing laughing gas for the X-rays but only did one side so we had to have my daughter come back 6 months later and they said oh her teeth look great no need for a X-ray just with a glance and I refused to hear that because X-rays are the only thing that will truly show a cavity and glad I pushed for a X-ray because she had a cavity and then they push you off to there referring dentist office dr Bittner who never answers the phone and there reviews are horrible so I’ll be getting my kid on “Children’s hospital dental office in Milwaukee “ long wait list but was able to get bumped up on the list I will be sure to spread the word this clinic is NOT kid friendly they yell at children when a child gets a little silly in the chair to sit down and they lack dental knowledge and care will be reporting to the” “Division of hearings and appeals “ to have them look into the dental clinic and take my report If you want your kid to have cavity’s then this is the place to go , they’ll refuse dental X-rays for younger kids they want your teeth to get bad before they actually do there job Receptionist rude and never answer the phone it’s best to just walk in vs calling Dentist hygienist yells at small children And dentist does not do a Thorough exam Go to dentist 360 or children’s hospital dental those are 2 caring dental clinics Rate ZERO STARS"
