"when I came in to pay off my account, I was treated very rudely and then I was working with a new rep and she asked the manager how to do something and she said figure it out which made me get upset because I’m paying off a $7000 loan I wanna make sure it’s done correctly so I had to voice my opinion that I would expect her to help the rep so I can get my account paid off correctly. For those reasons I will never go back. ."

"Ive been going through world finance for years. Have never had a problem until my branch closed down and I had to go to a new location. They ran my credit then tell me they'll call me back in 30 minutes. I had to call them hours later to be told there was nothing they could do for me. Said "new rules". Ive recommended this place to so many people. Now having to deal with this new location I will never go back or try again or recommend to ANYONE! I cannot believe the lack of effort made for a returning client!"
