"We accidentally put on the paperwork that our dog is 13 years old... when in actuality he's only 12... but after his first grooming at this location, they told us that the corporate policy is they don't see dogs over the age of 13 years old and wouldn't let us book another grooming appointment. This is completely against their corporate guidelines on their website. While the grooming was acceptable... I have to wonder why they are refusing to see our dog which they described as totally adorable, sweet, etc, and were sad that the corporate policy is what it is."

"Looks like a smaller store from the outside, but it's packed full of high-quality stuff that I haven't seen at many other chain stores. They also frequently run good deals. However, the real thing that sets this store apart from others (PSP or other chains) are the employees: super knowledgeable and they obviously genuinely enjoy helping customers, their pets, and taking care of their store. The level of customer service, cleanliness and meticulous care of the store made it feel more like a small boutique shop than just another chain location."

"This is the second time I've used their dog wash in the back. I love it. I have a bad back so it's much easier for me to wash, rinse and dry him. They provide different shampoos and one that is a shampoo and conditioner. They also provide towels and a blow dryer. They have two stations. I saw a great dane (horse lol) using the lower wash rack and I used the higher one that has stairs. My dog is 60 lbs."
