"Parts department has it going on, Steve and the other guy both worked diligently getting me the parts I needed, they unfortunately didn't have them but helped me tracked them down and ordered what I couldn't find anyway, they had their computer down and they still did everything they could to help me, great guys"

"We were here at 7 am Did a diagnostic test on at 7:40 am Then was told they would get us in before 2 pm At 3:15 they took truck into garage Then did more diagnostic tests Then came down to check how far was , and he had not even started. There was a miscommunication between workers and well then finally after 5:15 pm they started fixing the problem. Finally at 8:15 pm he was done Not impressed with this place at all The DEF sensors and derate is just a money making scam"

"Definitely do not recommend! I read previous negative reviews and didn’t think twice of it but man oh man did we regret it. We unfortunately broke down right down the street from the shop with our transmission overheating AND leaking, which we stressed to them. It was a Wednesday, we left the truck there all the way up until Tuesday of next week since they “couldn’t get to it.” Not to mention, the entire time our truck was there they had horrible communication between the shift changes with what was the real issue with our truck. We are not mechanics so we were told that with them doing the job they were going to do, it would fix our issue. So, they did the job, we went to pick up the truck, and were told the truck might still leak but will not overheat. All the while the main issue was not addressed, we overheated 6 hours later. Since then I’ve called 4 times to speak to a manager regarding the situation and was told every time that “we’ll receive a call back from “Bud,” one of the managers and have yet to receive a call. A female technician in the background, was also being extremely rude as we were asking questions about what was done to the truck and why we were being charged $1700. As that was going on, they brought us out another bill which was for $1500. So why did they all of a sudden reduce our bill? Who knows."

"Very fast very friendly. Had an alternator issue and they replaced it quickly and the mechanics seem better than Allstate Peterbilt out of La Crosse. Seems like I may have found my new go to place for repairs. Thank you guys for giving my truck the same respect as a brand new truck, it means a lot."
