"I usually have a great experience here... Until somebody signed my account over to my parents WITHOUT me ever being notified or signing a waver. Somebody changed my pin, I called, and well - seems a lot like they don't care. I went in to explain that they needed to "give me back my account" and that NOBODY contacted me before signing over my account WIHOUT MY CONSENT and that my parents had been stealing from me. The woman at the counter SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. As far as I'm concerned DMB is the WORST BANK EVER."

"Bank customers must be treated more professionally than the shareholders! This is the SECOND time in three years (maybe 2??) that our dividend check has been refused by our bank since the routing numbers are not included on the check. Once was unacceptable -- after all, this is a bank!!! But twice????? My great grandfather was one of the founders of the bank, so the family has been shareholders for forever......love being a shareholder, but I wouldn't trust my banking experience to this organization!
