"Strongly, urge people to not use this company I depending on them for bookkeeping payroll and taxes for my business, without any notice or reasoning, they sent me a letter, canceling our contract this was after the yearly taxes were already due, and we’re not done as per our contract stated also days before payroll Very poor communication from them and quality work"

"This is the third year we have used this accountant. The first year, they made a mistake, and since they were new, we decided to give them another chance. The following year, they made the same mistake, and by then one would think we learned our lesson. Unfortunately, we decided to give them one more shot. It is currently mid June and they have had our information since March. Our taxes are still not filed. When we call, we are given the same runaround that "they had questions, an accountant should have called you" with no record of attempted calls. We are currently going to pick up our records and will file our taxes late, ourselves, this year. I would not recommend this accountant. Disorganized, very slow service, lack of attention to detail, lack of customer service. Pretty much the opposite one wants in an accountant."
