"My appointment was switched and I waited on the call for 5 minutes and no one was there. I then called the location and someone answered and said that my rep was in a meeting with someone they thought was me. I booked a half an hour session, which due to technical difficulties (that part is not their fault) turned into a 5-10 minute phone call, where she was completely rushing me. When I asked questions she seemed annoyed. I do not trust the information given about my tax information because I was rushed through and the yearly pay was equivalent to only one of my jobs. I probably will not be a return customer."
