"The manager in this branch is lazy. I needed help with one of my accounts she sat in the phone for 10 minutes explaining how she couldn't help me with a 2 minute interaction while she sat in the office with another employee talking. It was very clear she didn't know how to help me with what I needed she didn't even know what was type of account I had."

"This is for drive-thru services. The tellers are very friendly but this is such a slow drive-thru. I can sit there 15 minutes and not one car has moved. It’s frustrating. Get more help. 3 lanes and 2 tellers. Avoid this place if possible"

"In this bank they have the worst customer service, today I went to withdraw money and just asking for change they asked me too many questions, that why I needed it and where I would spend it, stupid questions and I would definitely not return to this bank ever. Please do NOT become a manager and not know how to properly speak to people."

"The manager from this branch has the worst customer service skills ever!!! He do not know how to treat people nice and respectful. I went in there this morning stressed because a problem I have with fraud and came out more stressful, he didnt even listen to my concerns he just told me "if u spoke with them on the phone than theres nothing I can help u with" if u dont have no patience with customers,if dont have morals and dont know how to treat people nicely dont get a job at customer service!!! Please! Do something with this manager I'm not the only person complaining about how bad he talks to people and how poor he tries to help the customers!"

"Lobby employees are friendly and helpful but I do most of my transactions by ATM. This is the slowest ATM I've ever used, and is often empty and unable to dispense money by early evening on days they're closed. (Sundays and bank holidays)"
