"CSR INFINITY- She has the nastiest demeanor and lacks empathy. After I tried to give her insight of my struggles she stated how she did not care and that nothing can be done. She insisted that I make a double payment on my account. I recommend that she either gets fired or has to go through basic training on how to be a better representative for this company being that she answers the line and handles in person customers. I do not feel comfortable providing personal information to this location due to the disrespect I received from Infinity. I do not recommend that anyone visits this location for business."
