"Time and time again I get letters stating that if I don't show proof of insurance, Prime is going to add it to my loan. I call my agent, they fax over the required paperwork, or email it per the instructions, and low and behold they added $850 to my loan balance. I am sick and tired of having to do this. I have had the same insurance agent for 30 years and I know he is sending the paperwork. Prime employees ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB AND I AM TIRED OF IT. I want my money back! I am 60 years old, have a good job and have lots of money in your bank, which can go away if this isn't taken care of. And change your phone tree options, no one knows the 4 digit extension of anyone at the office, and you give no options. I'm calling today, and if this isn't taken care of, I may be going elsewhere, your call"

"Swan Rd use to be my favorite branch, but now I truly dread going there even through the drive thru.. a couple of employees there has made personal statements regarding me and how much is in my account in front of customers so I'd rather not ever again go in there,the other one she acts like she knows me and treats me as if I owe her some types of friendships.. This is the nearest branch by my house.. I truly would appreciate it if the staff remained professional and please stop with the humiliation.. I hate going there.. but it's right up the street from me otherwise I would travel somewhere else just to calm my anxiety and get better treatment .."
