"Told me I was approved, had me sign a contract and then never sent funding. They informed that contract was voided (which I was never informed of) due to the bank I have. Why tell someone they’re approved and then have them sign the contract starting funds will be sent if not approved? Horrible customer service"

Why tell someone after the 1st payment that the rest of the payments will go towards principal balance when all it's going towards is interest. That's insane. So I'm thinking I'm going to pay this off fast whole time I was scammed by the rep."

"I got my first loan with BLS back in 2019. All reps have been kind and caring. I recently. Been speaking with a rep. by the name of Charlene, she is uncaring and dose not listen to her customers. She will try to force you in taking a higher loan amount just to better her commission. She also lies and will harass you. This lady went back and forward with me in a text message lying on me. It only take one person in the company that can mess it up for the whole company. Her customer service skills sucks. I never had a rep lie on me nor try to be little me as if I can not comprehend. Really sad I had to experience this.customer service is starting to get bad over the years and I no longer want to work with this company."
