"We've been w/ PFCU for over 20 yrs simply because of the fact that they always work well for us. We've never had any major issues w/ them and they've always helped w/ any minor ones we may have incurred ( which were very few in our long time w/ them). I don't care for the fact that we can't make principal-only payments on our loans online. It is what it is , I guess. We are going to stay w/ PFCU for as as we continue to receive the GR8 treatment and service we've received these last 2 decades. Hopefully, many more years to come. We are very satisfied customers."
