"There is something internally wrong with this bank. I applied for my wife’s small business refinance loan for her company, they pulled my personal credit and I have nothing to do with the business. My wife’s personal credit was also pulled, which is okay. However, they wouldn’t return our calls or carry through with what they promised. We have given them all the information and documentation they requested but no answers. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Other than wasting our time, we are trying to dispute their credit pulled on me and my wife through the credit bureau, as nothing resulted from this bank nor they even entertained discussion about a loan. This bank is a joke, no wonder they only have one branch. The sad part I was dealing with the senior VP of the bank, Heather Nelson. Imagine if I was dealing with younger staff. Don’t bother with this lonesome bank. Any other bank would be better for your time. I heard this bank got in trouble in the past where they gave loans to people who applied under deferent names and loans were issued without actual owners notified, until payments were due. Total fraud. I am surprised that the AG did not do anything and they are still in business."
