"I had an amazing experience! I was looking ar frames when Jess came over to help me. She started pulling frames that would compliment my face and coloring. She was fantastic!! I had too many frames to chose from. It was so much fun. Another customer that was pickng up her glasses joined us. Three frames were chosen -- one for sunglasses. And I was putting new lenses into my old frames. Jess then went into the back room and shortly afterwards came out with my classy glasses and sunglasses. My experience couldn't have been better!! "It took 23 hrs to receive our glasses. Which would be alright if we lived closer. But it's a two hour round trip. We had to wait all day and decided to drive up at 2: 00 since they closed at 4:00. We got notice at 3:00. Now if we had waited , we would have been too late. Then we would pick up Monday. Excellent personal service picking out glasses and working with insurance. Love my glasses!"
"Wonderful customer service here. They didn't have my lenses that I asked for after the person who helped me said there were some there. But after 2 weeks when I didn't get it in and they told me it was on backstock for so long they then gave me a free upgrade to the next level of lenses. I am very happy with my experience here, I was a little angry when they said told me the lenses weren't actually there but they made it better."
