"Horrible experience here. I am pregnant and I was told to go in by my OB. We called ahead to make sure they do IV fluids otherwise we would have went to the ER, they told us to come in that they do indeed do fluids. We get there at check in tell the receptionist we called that our OB sent us to get fluids due to dehydration, receptionist said okay checked up in have a seat, made us wait for over an hour vomiting in the waiting room, pregnant. Get back there and the provider was very rude, poor bedside manner, flat out asked me if I am bleeding YET, implying a miscarriage. Claimed they don’t do fluids and she recommends I just go home stating I’m sure I’ll be fine, then she left the room. We ignored her unprofessional advice due to being pregnant. Went straight to the ER where they brought me back immediately, turns out I was severely dehydrated and had low potassium levels. They treated me in concerns for my baby and said they are very happy I came in when I did. Will definitely never go back to Richmond urgent care, I could have lost my baby, luckily the ER cared about myself and my babies health!"

"I've never felt listened to the multiple times I have been there. I had a 10:40 appointment and didn't get seen until well after noon. Sat in the room for over an hour without one single person checking in or updating me. The NP refused to acknowledge my level of pain. She didn't even introduce herself. Everytime It feels like they just want you gone."
