"Update: I was definitely ripped off. I called the number that they suggested that I call to talk to them. And they pretended like they were going to look into the situation and a week and a half later after not hearing from them they I called them, then the woman that I spoke to proceeded to say that my insurance was not going to cover the services which is why they didn’t bill my insurance. But when I sat down with their doctor in the clinic, he clearly told me that my insurance was covering 20% of the cost and each time that I signed up for another treatment plan I made sure that they have my insurance information and they were going to bill it and they kept adjusting my payment based off of what my insurance was going to cover. This company is ripping people off and making people seem like they are getting coverage from their insurance and they’re not actually getting coverage. DO NOT go to this company at all. They are complete rip off contact your insurance and see if there’s another company they will allow you to use but do not go to this company because they don’t care about the customers that come in enough to let them know that their insurance said that they’re not gonna cover the expenses The customer service seemed to be amazing, and I was feeling better physically, but I think I was ripped off. I paid them over $3400 for their services after they said my insurance would cover the remaining cost. Months later, I found out they never billed my insurance. Since my insurance didn't know I had already spent $ 3,400 out of pocket for medical services, I ended up paying $3,400 over what my most out-of-pocket expenses should've been for medical care last year. I called them, and they said they would contact billing. That was almost a month ago, and no word. So I called again, and they said they would contact billing again. I am starting to been this company is lying and taking advantage of their customers."

"While I can't say that they're a scam since they do provide genuine service, they do use tactics that scammers use and I wouldn't describe their business practices as professional. They tend to overdramatize how bad one's spine actually is and try to rush you into spending thousands of dollars on treatment and X-rays when other chiros will charge significantly less, typically won't do x-rays unless a patient is experiencing severe pain and/or severe immobility, and spend a little more time discussing physical therapy aspects. Lastly, they seem to have an emphasis on only responding to communications from potential and current patients when well established medical practices will respond to previous patients as well because medical records often need to be transferred or physicians may need to communicate with a chiro in order to make decisions for patients. All of these aspects reduce the legitimacy of the work they do and I'd recommend seeking out independent chiropractors"

"When I first started recieving care here it was great! I felt better and things were going good. Later down the line I noticed the doctor didn't really cater to my needs as it pertained to the pain I was having. He would go over the same things as the previous weeks and my pain started to get worse. It was like I was just getting adjustments and even though I told him those were painful he still performed them anyway and it didn't help at all. I waited weeks to recieve a referral that I had to contact them to get. I'm still waiting for info on my foot inserts and had to contact them about that too. Definitely seems like the doctor has way too many patients and can't keep up with each individuals needs. I feel like my money was wasted and I'm still in pain."

"First time being on my own insurance, made a mistake and didn’t reach out to insurance agency to make sure Chiro one was in network. When going over the care plan agreement Dr. Theil knew I was out of network and chose not to tell me. Called my insurance two days later for them to tell me I’m out of network and my first two visits cost me $350 out of pocket. When he showed me the care plan agreement, he wasn’t being transparent, and took advantage of my negligent mistake. Learned my lesson always need to call my insurance before going to see any sort of medical professional otherwise doctors like Doctor Thiel will try and take advantage of you. If you have any ethics of business, I would not recommend going to see this scumbag."

"ChiroOne has changed my life. I went in knowing I needed an adjustment, and I left after my course of therapy feeling better than I have in decades.
