Small World Children's Dentistry

"I wish I didn't have to give a star to post this or maybe they could have a minus star we could post. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Last week my daughter took my 9 year old grandson here to get a tooth pulled. They gave him "Laughing Gas" before freezing his gum area, well the dentist did not wait long enough before pulling the tooth, my gs was screaming that it was hurting and the dentist just ignored him, then he grabbed my gs on the forehead and pushed his head into the chair and was holding it there, he actually left red marks on my gs head where he grabbed him. The dentist then starting yelling tell my gs not to bite him again. Well biting is a risk you taking becoming a Pediactric Dentist and I'm sure he was trained how to handle the situation in a much more aggresive way. I talked to my personal dentist and explained what had happened and he agrees that this behavior is unacceptable and should be reported, he explained to me how to go about it. Yes his mom was in the room with him and was in shock and froze and wasn't able to say anything, she was scared the dentists would get worse with her son. Hope this helps anyone and if this happens to one of your children please report it to the state."

The doctor came up with a great care plan that was not overly aggressive.
