"I don't know what people are talking about. This has been BY FAR the best banking experience of my life. They came through on a very unique one off loan when I was in a pinch selling my house. I've done a boat loan as well as an auto loan with them, both of which took less than 15 minutes for paperwork (most of which was just catching up on how they've been personally). If you want to feel like a number and have your info plugged and chugged, then go to a huge bank.
