"Great place to come by yourself or with the family. Lots of space for everyone. Picnic tables are plenty. Green grass as far as your eyes can see. Playground nearby for the kids. Always clean. It's a good place to clear ones mind, it makes you forget you're in the middle of a busy, hectic city. Do beware the geese can and will chase you. Ducks are slightly friendlier. I recommend this place all the time."

"Beautiful pond! Was so nice to see people feeding the ducks with duck food, oats, peas, corn, bird seed, and lettuce! Crackers, wafer cookies, and bread can make them sick!"
"El Dorado Park is a nice community area. The pond area has a lot of birds. Ducks, Geese and many many more. There are a lot of squirrels (don't feed them.... I did at the suggestion of a woman feeding them. The squirrel bit me, a bit funny and a shock to me. I sure didn't expect the squirrel to bite me when I was offering it a peanut that the woman gave me. The park is 110 acres of manicured grounds. There are many different attractions for people to recreate as they choose. Picnic tables, children's playground, lake (no fishing here though), the golf course, a nature preserve, and a lot more. I was told the total acreage exceed 600 acres.. that is almost a mile square.. great community asset."
