"TERRIBLE SERVICE and RUDE STAFF. Treated me without informing me of no insurance coverage, when they did not even submit a claim to my insurance co. 3 years later they charge me $2,000+ and put me in a collections account demanding that I pay on their mistake. Did not run coverage for the procedure given or even make a claim to my insurance. Called to get help and the billing department (Eve) hung up on me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They will try and charge you for full cost and not run a claim through your insurance."

"Dr. Alt took out my wisdom teeth on two occasions, doing one side each time. He was a very knowledgeable doctor. He answered all my questions and settled all of my pre-surgery nerves. And both times I had a pleasant experience with the Dr. and his staff. The post-surgery recovery was pretty short as well. I was prepared for days of recovery and I barely had to take a pain pill. Guess it goes with the level of experience he has. Would definitely recommend him to people I know."
