"I have been banking with Community bank since October of 2004. Never have I had a bad experience of any kind. I really enjoy the many benefits of having a business relationship with a family owned bank. The tech is easy to use and works great. The Gerber family and employees absolutely care about doing right by their customers!"

"The people are fantastic and very helpful. The online banking is unusable. 90% of the time they are having "technical difficulties" and a person cannot be logged on. If you do most of you banking online you will be doing no banking at all. Even the employees cannot access and assist without having to do a deep dive to figure out what is wrong. The bank itself gets zero stars, but employees are great. Nevertheless, I need to be able to do banking online so will be changing banks to one that has updated technology. I do not recommend this bank unless you can ALWAYS go in person."
